Salon Policies

A credit card number is required to reserve all appointments. We store this information in a safe and secure system.

Appointments longer than 3 hours, such as double processes, color corrections, and hair extensions require a non-refundable booking fee of $200 to secure the appointment time, this goes toward the overall total of your service and secures your appointment. We will collect the booking fee at the time of booking. However, if our cancelation policy is violated the booking fee will be forfeited and we will be unable to apply it towards your appointment

Late/Tardy Policy

Please let us know if you are going to be late by calling 720-900-3706 prior to your appointment time. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment and will charge a cancelation fee. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest’s schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are late, we cannot guarantee that we will perform your services that day. It could cause an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service, for which we do not ever feel comfortable doing. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their originally scheduled session, ex: If a guest is too late to for their scheduled all over color, and there is only enough time to do a root retouch, the guest will still be charged the original all over color pricing. Punctuality ensures that you will receive the absolute highest quality service for yourself and other guests and helps you to receive the outstanding experience that Emerge Modern Salon is known for.

If your stylist is running behind for your appointment because of tardy guests, a lengthy blow dry, or an extensive color service, we will notify you well in advance by phone prior to arriving at the salon.

Cancelations & Rescheduling

Your appointment at Emerge is very important to us, we understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancelations – even if we are closed/it’s a holiday, please notify us to ensure you are not penalized for canceling last minute.

Cancelations made less than 24 hours from scheduled service will result in being charged 50% of the amount of services scheduled, no shows will be charged 100% and a booking fee for future services may be required to reschedule. Late appointments in excess of 15 minutes will be considered cancelations as defined above. 

Esthetic services and lash extension appointments in the spa with Megan will require 48 hours notice if canceling or rescheduling to avoid any cancelation fees.

This policy is being put in place out of respect for our stylists and clients. Cancelations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last-minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. We understand life happens; We are compassionate when it comes to emergencies and we request that sick clients stay home. We will equally make every effort to respect your time as our guest, and won’t cancel or reschedule last minute either except in unavoidable circumstances like sickness or emergencies, and we will commit to be on time as well (if we are running egregiously behind a discount will be applied) we promise to hold ourselves to the same standards as we expect of our guests.

Please note: 72 hour notice is required for all services with 3 or more hours booked out (Hair Extensions, Texture Services, Double Processes, Transformational Color, and Color Corrections)
No Shows: Will be charged the full service price for missing the appointment without any notice. In the event three consecutive appointments are missed without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
